What is your connection to the Great 80238?

We moved here in November 2018 from Illinois, to be near our grandchildren. We live in Overture.

What about you would surprise people that don't know you?

I am a nurse, who worked in Management at the Advocate system for 28 years and taught nursing for six years at two college nursing programs. I love gardening, am an avid walker, and love checking out new restaurants.

If you could have any superpower, which would it be and why?

I would like to “Beam me up Scotty” to any place in the world. Star Trek transporter.

What is your favorite thing to do in The Great 80238?

I love walking all over the neighborhood. I really enjoy walking down the 29th Avenue walkway and seeing the beautiful mountains. I also really love the MLK Rec Center which is free for us!

What would your Last Meal be?

Escargot!
